1. Is your company qualified to handle projects and the size of big projects?
Yes, our company is qualified, and we have the expertise to handle all engineering projects, locally and overseas. There is no project too small or too big for us. We have overseas projects as far as Angola and Namibia. Our response time is within two days maximum.
2. Is your engineer qualified to go offshore? How ready is your manpower ready to go offshore?
We have OGUK medical examination and BOSIET / HUET certificates for our field technicians, and they are ready to go offshore anytime.
3. Can you help in plant shutdown ops?
We can supply parts and manpower speedily in plant or equipment down situation.
4. Which country can you serve?
We can serve and also supply parts to any part of the world, except North Korea and Iran. We have overseas partners, and we are able to deploy fast from our nearest partner location. Our partner locations are in Angola, Namibia, South Africa, Brunei and China.
5. What are the shipping options? (Shipping/returns questions)
The shipping options depend on the shipping terms and the location of the items ordered (e.g. local pick-up, local delivery, ex-works, freight).
6. How do I make sure I order the right size/specifications?
If the specifications are not clear, we will ask for more information from the origin requestor.
7. What is the lead time for the product to be ready/delivered?
Our lead time for products and equipment varies, depending on whether we have ex-stock, or it could be weeks or months (OEM).
8. Do I have to create an account to place an order? Can I call to order instead?
A written and approved Purchase Order with agreed payment terms is required, to place an order with us.
9. Where are your products originated?
Origin of equipment and parts varies, depending on where the equipment and parts are manufactured (OEM). Our products are mainly from the United States, Europe, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China.
10. Where are your manpower sources from? What is the lead time taken to deploy your workers?
Our manpower sources are mainly from Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Lead-time varies, depending on location, positions, requirement and level of urgency.
11. What is the minimum purchase quantity?
There is no fixed minimum purchase quantity, as long as there is a written and approved Purchase Order which comes with agreed payment terms.
